steute, an international technology company for top-quality switching devices, intelligent sensors and wireless system solutions for use in automation and medical devices, is changing its management structure at the company headquarters in Löhne.
With effect from the beginning of this year, Acting Partner Stefan Schmersal has withdrawn from the operative business and is now Chair of the Advisory Board. In this role he will continue to support the company and its subsidiaries at a strategic level.
Marc Stanesby, in the company Management since 2008, will focus on the commercial and administrative side of the business and be responsible for product management, sales, marketing and quality assurance.
The technical side of the business will now be managed by Dr. Ing. Christof Gerhardy, a proven expert in his field. He has comprehensive knowledge of switching and control systems, acquired in his leading role within the development department of the company over the past seven years. In addition to technical design and development, he will also be responsible for production and purchasing.
These modifications to the company management structure mark a further milestone in the history of steute. The company is set to continue its growth from the past years; and this strategy will also facilitate a more differentiated integration of its foreign subsidiaries.
